Dean Paul Bogle has announced that he will retire on 31 October 2024 as Dean of St Patrick’s Cathedral in Trim and rector of the parishes of Trim and Athboy.

While the communities of Trim and Athboy will undoubtedly receive this news with sadness, it’s a positive new chapter for Dean Paul and his wife Jane – both of whom have enriched our parishes in the more than ten years they have been with us.

We wish Dean Paul well in his retirement and express our gratitude for his faithful ministry and stellar service to our parishes.
