Lenten services will take place on Wednesday morning at 10am in Trim Cathedral and at 7pm in St James’ Church, Athboy (this week only. Services will be held at 8pm on other weeks during Lent).
Lenten soup lunches will be held on Wednesdays at 1pm in Living Hope Church, Trim.
The next meeting of the Select Vestry will take place on Wednesday 8 March at 8pm in St Patrick’s National School or by Zoom.
A pancake evening will be hosted for young families on Saturday 11 March at 5pm in the Diocesan Hall in Trim. Please text 085 808 1483 if you can attend.
The St. Patrick’s Patronal Festival Service will take place on Sunday 19 March at 4pm in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Trim with the Meath Diocesan Choir. The preacher will be Canon Alastair Graham.
On Mothering Sunday, 19 March, there will be a service of all-age worship at 10am in St. James’ Church in Athboy and at 11.30am in St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Trim.
Confirmation classes will begin on Friday 24 March in the Deanery at 5pm.
Trim Car Boot Sale will return on Saturday 25th March at the Diocesan Hall from 9am.
A retirement group lunch of soup, sandwiches, tea, or coffee will be hosted on Thursday 30 March at 12.45pm in The Darnley Hotel, Athboy. The cost is €12. Please let Jane or Olive know if you can attend.
The Athboy plant sale will take place on Saturday 22 April in The Parish Hall. There will be a raffle, tea, coffee, and a bric-a-brac stall. Donations of plants are welcome.
